Fresh Green Kale is also known as one the greatest ‘SUPER FOODS’ available on the planet earth! Why is it a ‘super food’ you ask? Because of the anti-oxidants contained in fresh kale. Kale is also loaded with essential vitamins and important minerals for a healthy body. Usually when I mention the health benefits of fresh Kale to a customer, they give me a funny look. But if they would just try this green leafy vegetable they would find that it actually taste pretty good!.

How do I prepare Kale for my diet?
- My favorite way of consuming kale is by chopping fresh kale and adding it to fresh homemade soups. I also put fresh chopped kale in my fresh salads.
- Kale can also be prepared as a “southern greens” dish as well.. Fresh kale can be mixed and cooked with other “southern greens” for a tasty, healthy dish. Google ‘southern cooking with fresh greens for many options with fresh, healthy greens that will keep you on the move.
